Minnesota has something similar called "Safe Roads" were we bring a broad spectrum of people together from a large variety backgrounds. We look for local solution to assessed local traffic safety issues.

How do we get law enforcement to enforce laws for safe cycling? They reflexively dismiss reports from cyclist experience of minor collisions and near misses. Can we get law enforcement to at least send education letters like our local CHP?
